During periods of positive fundamentals and yield spreads, the strategy may utilize leverage to capture attractive value and yield opportunities.
The maximum leverage permitted in REMS Real Estate Value-Opportunity Portfolio is 30% and the maximum short position is also 30%. The Portfolio is available both as a separately managed account and as a mutual fund.
