Real Estate Management Services Group, LLC is a specialized real estate research firm that has actively managed differentiated, value-oriented portfolios of real estate securities for select institutional and high net worth clients since 1997.

Our investment team seeks to identify attractive yet undervalued investment opportunities in publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Real Estate Operating Companies (REOCs), and REIT Preferred Equity securities. With more than 100 years of diverse real estate and investment experience combined, REMS investment team is well positioned to identify these opportunities through the application of its disciplined and systematic value, yield-advantage investment process. Our research may lead us to opportunities that have not yet been identified by others in the sector.

REMS investment process considers all capitalizations but our all-cap strategies tend to have a mid to smaller bias – driven by our rigorous process and the extensive research our team performs in underwriting each investment candidate. The team constructs a relatively concentrated portfolio of value-oriented investments with diverse geographic, sector, and tenant exposures. The resulting portfolios are differentiated when compared with the many ETFs and index-like products offered today.
